🇨🇦West Montrose Covered Bridge (Kissing Bridge), ON
The West Montrose Covered Bridge is yet another cool find in my quest to share exciting and safe Covid friendly outings, activities and adventures! This iconic structure, it is the only remaining covered bridge in Ontario and spans over the Grand River measuring an impressive 198ft in length! It is actually one of the oldest covered bridges in Canada, making it a historical place and appropriately received its nickname, the Kissing Bridge, thanks to the intimate and private nature and opportunity that the covered bridge offers to its travellers. If you need extra help shooting your shot, there’s mistletoe hanging on the north end entrance to the bridge, so enjoy!
