No experience necessary, your session includes a tutorial on safety and poses for suspension yoga. Enjoy getting up close and personal with a giant turtle, talking parrot, lizard and fluffy friends while executing all of your favourite suspension yoga poses. The animals will roam freely around, under and on you as you learn your new techniques! A great mental health boost for the winter blahs!
