🇨🇦 Rouge National Urban Park, ON

I am so fortunate to live in a city that offers a nature lovers dream within it’s urban boarders! Located mostly in Scarborough, a suburban district of Toronto, and bordering on both Markham and Pickering, this National Park will have several features in my “Adventures in Covidland” series thanks to it’s hiking trails, lookouts , forests, river and sandy beach lake front! Commonly referred to as “The Rouge”, this park has something for every outdoor enthusiast like me! It is also home to Toronto’s only campground ⛺️ Glen Rouge Campground found on the Scarborough/Pickering border.
