Food trucks are always a fair fave and Get Your Own Taters is a Toronto fair fav too! They have a secret menu with Ontario Dairy this year which is their Honey Butter Tater Tots with a smoked cheddar Mac & Cheese and a whisky pulled pork. The feature this year however, is Filipino inspired! The Philippines have Silogs (typically served over garlic rice) which is last night leftovers all thrown in together. So this Tater dish has garlic Tater Tots, longanisa (a Filipino chorizo), a sunny side up egg, pickled papaya slaw and drizzled with spicy garlic aioli! So Masarap!
